    Quality and comfort are of utmost importance to us, thus we only work with high quality materials. The base is made with soft yet sturdy leather, all components (flowers, spikes, d-ring, buckles etc.) are dipped in gold or set in gold-plated bezels.

    As all Freddy designs are luxury fashion pieces, they should be treated as such. Please check our Product Care guide.
  • How soon can you ship my order?
    As all our collars are made once you place your order, please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be complete. We always aim to make your order sooner and will keep you updated when to expect it to be ready.   • How long do I have to wait if I order more than one collar?
    As each collar is made individually, the time to completing your order may be impacted by the chosen quantity, the complexity of the design and availability of all materials. We will always email you to notify about a potential delay and discuss how and when the order will be shipped. We aim to complete your order as soon as possible and ship all items together.
  • How can I return or exchange my order?
    Since all items are hand-made once you place an order with us, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product you received is faulty. However, we want you to be happy with your order, so if you have concerns, please email us within 3 days of your order's arrival to
  • How does your bespoke service work?
    We can make collars in other colours, mix and match or use other components as well as create bespoke crystal embellishment. However this can only be confirmed once you provide us with all the details. Please email us to to tell us your desires.
  • How long will it take to create my bespoke order?
    As bespoke items are one-off pieces, which require extra craftsmanship and may need sourcing new materials, products of this nature can take up to 6 weeks to be created and delivered. We will always let you know approximate waiting time once we discuss your desires.

    All bespoke orders are non-refundable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless faulty. In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with your bespoke piece, we look at resolving the situation and discussing available options on case by case basis.
